Shadows and Light

A full house and a great concert is the best way to end a season at the Evergreen Theatre. The theatre always finishes the year with a big name and Catherine MacLellan fit the bill in December providing both those elements. Kevin Fox’s performance at the Evergreen Theatre was truly excellent. He is a superlative entertainer and performer and the whole program was executed with fluidity and passion and an outstanding ability. He is really at one with his music and I hope that the images on the gallery give a good impression of the performance that night. There is also a Youtube video of the performance. After taking Deep Roots Music Festival by storm this year, Gypsophilia’s concert at the Evergreen was keenly anticipated and sold out, packed to overflowing. The concert was terrific as expected. Unfortunately I am too short of time to write a detailed review of this show, but the evening’s performance is represented on the gallery with a track playing over it, to give you a feel for the night.
